    What does the author mean by 'no terrestrial or cultural boundaries'? How does this apply in context with the material?

    2.“Those without a spiritual tradition often warm themselves at other fires before they understand how the fire is kindled, but ultimately they must return to their own hearth and make fire there.” pg. 9
    Explain the meaning of this statement. Can you think of examples?

    3. ”When we first journey into subtle reality, we steer blindly unless we can trust at least one spirit friend.” pg. 17 What is subtle reality?

    4. Referring to the quote in question 3, Give example of a 'spirit friend'. Why is it important to establish a relationship with a 'spirit friend'?
